Learning Freestyle

This is the page that is going help you learn to freestyle. Before you start learning you tricks, go out and buy yourself :

• a Disc - The most important thing! you can learn to throw, catch, nail delay and airbrush with most decent discs but we suggest the 160g skystyler for tricks, try www.kiteworld.co.uk

• some silicon spray - not silicon lube or silicon grease but look for the exact words "SILICON SPRAY" can be found in can form, from your local DIY store

• Fake nails - Hard to find in this country, the report on how to make your own is coming soon. If you want to go out looking on the web dental acrylic seems to be the best.

• Super Glue, any super glue will do to hold those nails down
